2023 Sauvignon Blanc, Hi-Vista Vineyard

Cool climate, whole cluster pressed Sauvignon Blanc. Almost colorless with tropical fruit on the fore: pineapple, mango, lycee, lime leaf. Fully dry with a crisp, clean acidity and a slate-like minerality, honeysuckle and cut grass.
