The Rhône Heritage Tasting was created for guests who want to spend a little more time with the wines and explore a side of Hamilton that goes beyond our classic tasting.
Built around our Rhône-inspired wines, the experienc highlights our extremely limited Grenache, produced in very small quantities and not always poured in the tasting room in this format.
Each tasting is hosted with a more personal, flexible approach and paired with a seasonal cheese and accompaniment board prepared in-house.

This experience was designed for guests who are especially drawn to Grenache and Rhône-inspired wines, or simply want a tasting with more depth, more context, and a little more time at the table.
Rather than following a fixed, one-size-fits-all flight, the Rhône Heritage Tasting allows for a more tailored approach, shaped around the wines available, the season, and the guest in front of us.
It is also one of the few ways to experience our very limited-production Grenache in a more focused tasting-room setting, paired with a seasonal cheese board that makes the whole experience feel complete without becoming overly formal.
