A Rhône Heritage Experience

The Rhône Table

Taste the varieties. Then taste how they come together.

Explore a curated Rhône-focused flight built around Hamilton’s individually bottled Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah, followed by our GSM and other limited selections chosen for the table.

The three varietal bottlings offer a rare opportunity to experience each grape on its own before tasting how Rhône varieties can work together in a finished blend. The exact lineup may vary with vintage and availability, allowing the experience to include especially small-production, developing, or otherwise distinctive Hamilton wines.

A generous cheese and charcuterie board from the Hamilton kitchen accompanies the tasting, with more time for conversation about the vineyards, the winemaking, and the role each variety plays in the glass. Co-founder Greg Hamilton personally hosts select reservations when available, and every table is led by a knowledgeable member of the Hamilton team.

01

Grenache

An exceptionally small varietal bottling that reveals Grenache’s fragrance, texture, and lifted character.

02

Mourvèdre

A rare Hamilton bottling that brings deeper structure, savory character, and another side of the Rhône story.

03

Syrah

Tasted individually to explore the depth, spice, and structure it can contribute to a Rhône blend.
