The restored 1900s Carriage House offers the privacy and ease of an entire home, with the character of a place that has long been part of the Hamilton family estate.
Set beside approximately three acres of estate Grenache vines, with gardens and open wine-country views beyond, it is a peaceful home base for couples, families and friends exploring Kenwood and Sonoma Valley. The Hamilton tasting room is approximately a one-minute drive away.

A House That Remained
A place carried forward.
The Carriage House has stood on this Kenwood property for more than a century, quietly becoming part of each new chapter of the Hamilton estate.
When the 2017 fires swept through the property, Greg and Lindsay lost their family home. The historic Carriage House and neighboring barn were among the structures that remained.
In the years that followed, the house was restored and thoughtfully updated for guests, preserving its early character while adding the comfort and ease of a modern wine-country stay.
